​Are you a skilled D365 Technical Lead with a knack for leadership and mentoring? We’re looking for a hands-on D365 Technical Lead to join a product team in a large Wellington organisation. As a key player on the dev manager’s team, you’ll guide technical resources, refactor existing work, and steer projects to success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Project Delivery: Design and build scalable, reliable, and secure solutions. Proficiency in programming languages used in D365 customisation and development is required, such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.👷🏻 

  • Lead and Mentor: Manage and mentor 2-3 direct reports, offering guidance and support while working closely with them on daily tasks. Your experience with juniors and leading projects will shine here. 🤝

  • Technical Direction: Direct the team’s technical efforts, handle complex problem-solving, and refine technical designs. Your critical thinking will be crucial as you tackle hands-on coding and review peer work. 🔧

  • Work on Cutting-Edge Tech: Dive into Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Azure Function Apps. Experience with Dynamics implementations will set you apart! 💻

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in leading Dynamics 365 projects and mentoring team members.

  • Hands-on skills in coding, technical design, and problem-solving.

  • A New Zealand citizen with patience and strong articulation skills to communicate project needs effectively.
